Position Overview: The Regional Director will play a pivotal role Position Overview: The Regional Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of our operations across the greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus Ohio area. This individual will be responsible for leading sales efforts, optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring financial performance, managing staffing needs, and implementing strategic initiatives. Success in this role will be measured by achieving regional revenue and profit targets, maintaining high client satisfaction scores, improving operational efficiency metrics, and developing a strong, motivated team. The Regional Director will also collaborate closely with other regional leaders.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
2. Financial Performance:
- Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior leadership.
3. Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Implement best practices to optimize processes and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
4. Staffing and Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing regional team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Address staffing challenges and ensure adequate coverage to meet client needs.
5. Strategic Implementation:
- Execute company-wide strategic initiatives at the regional level.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape regional strategies and priorities.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other Regional Directors to share best practices and align on company objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the region and corporate leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within commercial cleaning, facilities management, or a related service-oriented industry.
- Strong track record in sales, operations, and financial management.
